Hacking is a nightmare, but as long as you install some tonics you'll be fine. The story is very good and the twist, although predictable, "would you kindly" is still very good. Rapture is magical, the whole game is filled with Rand's philosophy et cetera. Saving little sisters get very repetitive after a while, but overall at least the morality system is better than 1 because you have more choices this time.īeing the first in the series, Bioshock still did a lot of things right. Gameplay is a lot better than 1, but story is really a meh. I do like Elizabeth though, she's more mature and a lot hotter, and shows good character growth from the last time we saw her. It sure does have Infinite's gameplay, and you get to fight a BIG DADDY on skylines! But as again, too short. Everything about this game is just so perfect! Definitely one of the best, most unique and most memorable video game experiences I have ever hadįor obvious reasons, because it is too short. I love Rapture, its levels and the dread so much. Perfect story for a videogame, incredibly fun combat, perfect ending, very good and memorable characters, and the atmosphere is outstanding. I'm sorry but nothing can beat this one for me. I have almost no complaints, because it's incredible DLC with a perfect ending! It also ties BioShock Infinite and BioShock 1 together very nicely and it made Elizabeth my favorite BioShock character. Story is great and I loved the combat mixed with amazing stealth missions. I didn't like the characters as much though, and most levels were just very forgettable and they're too similar to each other, so it's not better than 1 in my opinion.Ģ. It's more of the same compared to the first game, and feels more like BioShock 1.5, but that isn't a bad thing, because. It's an incredibly fun game though with a crazy ending, and it's definitely not bad at all.Īnother masterpiece. Only problem I have with it is that it misses some of the BioShock icons like Big Daddies, Little Sisters, it's not very dreadful, they changed the names of Plasmids and EVE, and I missed hearing some of the original's characters (like Ryan, Fontaine and Tenenbaum), so it doesn't always feel like BioShock. I loved the combat and the story was great. The ending is crazy though, and made me very excited to play the second part.Ī great game. Sets up a nice story, and seeing Rapture in its prime on the night was great.īut it gets heavily overshadowed by part 2 for me, so it's not all that memorable. Burial At Sea 1 (BioShock Infinite DLC)Īlso pretty good for DLC. The Minerva's Den level isn't THAT great in my opinion, and it was getting a bit repetitive playing it immediately after finishing BioShock 2.ĥ. I loved the story and it's incredible that they made Porter such a great character in only 2 hours.īut it's probably the weakest game from the series. This is how I would rank all games and DLC! Feel free to share your own ranking. I just finished this amazing trilogy on Switch, and I loved every single game! All 3 games are some of the best I've ever played, and BioShock is one of, maybe even my number 1 favorite video game franchise of all time! ![]() How do I extract sounds/textures/models from the game?
